Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with RB2 Bookstore! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

4. Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, RB2 Bookstore is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your order appears to be delayed or lost, contact us at contact@rb2advanced.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. RB2 Bookstore is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for a corrected address and reship it at your expense.

6. International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during international delivery. RB2 Bookstore does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
